My name is Xico, and i was born in 1981 in a small town in the south of portugal.
I studied arts in highschool, and in 2006 I graduated as an architect from IST-UTL in Lisbon.
Today i live in Stockholm, Sweden, working as an architect and freelance illustrator. I’ve done different kind of work for magazines, design studios, ad agencies and others.
I have co-created two longer format comic books in portuguese as well as published a book with a collection of short stories in english called Please Be Nice to Me e outras estórias.
